Dates with provenance
Installation is the only optional user scheduling baseline. A month/year estimate uses the 15th and stays estimated. An explicit manufacturer trigger is never silently replaced by installation. Condition-only actions and warranty periods do not receive invented dates.
Concise presentation
Recurring actions appear once in the timeline, with the first occurrence and recurrence schedule. Every underlying occurrence remains stored. Notes and condition-based actions are independently prioritized and capped at three each.
Cost and control
The current model configuration is free-only. Quota pauses preserve work and cannot select a paid fallback. QA reviews extraction, tables, email, and calendars; ordinary chat answers rely on scoped retrieval and citation validation instead of a separate QA pass.
