Five roles
Document Extraction produces source-backed rules. Calendar produces deterministic calendar artifacts. Email Evaluator interprets one verified email case. RAG Q&A answers from retained document evidence. QA/QC reviews applicable versioned artifacts. No sixth supervisor role is introduced.
Email Evaluator MCP
LangGraph controls email progression. Gemini proposes at most four typed actions using a state-specific tool catalogue. An in-process MCP client/server rechecks application-injected case scope and delegates to existing deterministic services. Tools cannot select arbitrary workspaces, recipients, or credentials.
Resend MCP
The hosted Resend MCP remains a private provider adapter. Server-held OAuth credentials are encrypted; inbound retrieval is scoped to the current message. The encrypted outbox worker is the sole outbound boundary. The Email Evaluator has no direct Resend sending tool.
